Aviv Electronics Ltd. was formed in 1979 to service the rapidly growing electronics industry in Israel. The company was acquired by Richardson Electronics in February 2001, and operates as a stocking distributor, with an inventory of over $1.5 million USD.

Aviv Richardson focuses on design-in engineering and to providing technical support to customers, while representing a variety of active, optoelectronics and passive lines.
